TRAINING

Do I work with the same coach every time?
It depends on how you book. There are two ways to book:
1) Profect sessions:  player will be  paired with an available coach under a director.
2) Book with a specific coach and know ahead of time who you are training with! (Rates will vary)

Can you work on a specific skill?
There is a place to add notes.  Feel free to give us any information that you feel is important. To have a session tailored to a players specific needs, it is best to book a private. Our small group sessions are generalized sessions.


What does 2:1 mean?
The player to coach ratio would not exceed 2 players per coach.  We do privates with up to 2 players because it allows them a resting period and an opportunity to observe a skill being performed by another. 


Do you have special packages or discounts for siblings?
You can purchase any session package and use that between siblings.  Just use the coupon code to book the session(s) that you like.  If two siblings will be attending the same session then you will need to book a total of 2 spots in the same time slot. If you have purchased a package you can use the code between siblings.


I have siblings that are different ages, can they train together?
Usually it is not a problem to accommodate these requests.  However, it will depend on playing ability for training placement.  


​Why was my session cancelled because of group size?
 It doesn't happen often; however, sometimes our small group sessions will fall below 3 players. In the event this happens you will be able to: 

• 1) Upgrade to a private for an additional $40 (privates are $60/session)
• 2) Reschedule
• 3) Refund
